I am a highly motivated professional training and coaching consultant with thirty years of experience within Education and the corporate sector. I have worked in schools both in the UK and the Middle East, FE colleges, other public sector areas, the community and UK based businesses. I deliver interactive, enthusiastic and practical training which is respectful of and responsive to the needs of the learners, focusing on common issues which delegates face.

I was previously the Development Manager at City College Manchester responsible for ‘Headstart’, an Open College Network accredited study and employability skills programme delivered online or in seminars. Before that I was the Flexible Learning Co-ordinator for Stockport College and managed a team of over 50 tutors delivering a range of training programmes both in house and externally in the UK and Europe.

I am expert in: designing, developing and implementing training programmes with an emphasis on personal effectiveness and business writing.

My coaching concentrates on building trust with clients through a warm and practical approach encouraging them to achieve their goals.
