Central Manchester Primary Care Trust is running FREE Expert Patients Programme Courses in Longsight, Levenshulme, Gorton, Ardwick, Rusholme, Moss Side, Hulme, Whalley Range and Chorlton areas.

This course is designed to help you deal with the day-to-day problems, symptoms, concerns, worries and emotions of living with a long-term health condition/s.

Striving to improve the quality of life for people living with a chronic health condition.

A six-week course , 2½hours per week.
